Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
Chocolate-Covered Strawberries is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. strawberries with hulls intact, 2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 4 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cover cookie sheet with wax paper, set aside.
Wash and pat dry strawberries.
Melt chocolate chips and butter on top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat; keep double boiler over water.
Dip each strawberry two-thirds of the way up into chocolate mixture; allow excess to drip off.
Place on prepared cookie sheet.
Allow chocolate to set. Chill until ready to serve.
