Chocolate Covered Cherries
Chocolate Covered Cherries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. melted butter, 1/4 tsp. milnot, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 lb. confectioners sugar and 12 oz. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stir in pan butter, Milnot and salt until butter is melted and warm.
In bowl, add 1 pound sugar and melted butter mixture. Knead and wrap around cherries.
Chill overnight.
In double boiler, melt chocolate chips.
Add paraffin to chips and melt. Take a fork or toothpick and dip cherry balls into chocolate. Place on waxed paper and chill.
Then leave at room temperature.
