Chocolate Covered Cherries
Chocolate Covered Cherries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box powdered sugar, 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream sugar and margarine; stir in milk a little at a time. Blend in vanilla and salt.
Mixture may be slightly dry.
Coat each cherry with mixture.
Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of a double boiler.
Dip cherries in chocolate, then place on wax paper.
Make a few days before serving so cherries will be moist inside.
