Chocolate Coronet
Chocolate Coronet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers, 1 lb. cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Arrange ladyfingers around side and bottom of 9 inch spring-form pan.
Combine next 4 ingredients.
Beat until well blended and smooth.
Add egg yolks and beat until smooth.
Blend in chocolate.
Beat egg whites until smooth and stiff and fold in with whipped cream.
Pour into ladyfinger lined spring-form pan. Remove rim of pan.
Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
