Chocolate Cookies
Chocolate Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers, 1/2 c. pecans, cut up and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg whites stiff, not dry; fold in confectioners sugar, a little at a time.
Fold in graham crackers, pecans and vanilla. Fold in chocolate after slight cooling.
Drop by teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 12 minutes.
Cool and remove.
Makes 30.
