Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
In small saucepan, put butter, oil, water and cocoa.
Bring to boil and pour over flour mixture.
Add eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla.
Mix well and put in greased cookie sheet with a rim.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
