Combine flour, sugar, salt and cocoa in mixing bowl.
In a saucepan, bring to boil 1 cup of water, cooking oil and stick of margarine.
Pour into bowl with dry ingredients and add eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla.
Pour into broiler pan or a jelly roll pan with sides.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350Β°.
