Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake
Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. cinnamon (optional), 1 stick margarine and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Bring to a boil the margarine, oil, cocoa and water.
Pour over flour and sugar mixture.
Beat until mixed well.
Dissolve soda in buttermilk. Then add eggs and vanilla.
Add this to the previous mixture.
Pour into greased 12 x 18 x 1-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 400Β°.
Five minutes before cake is done, make the following icing.
