Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Using a wire whisk, mix dry ingredients thoroughly; set aside.
In saucepan, melt butter and unsweetened baking chocolate; stir constantly until melted.
In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, eggs and vanilla until blended.
Add chocolate and butter mixture.
Add dry ingredients, 1/3 at a time alternately with sour cream, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°.
Transfer from hot baking sheet to cool surface immediately.
Yields 5 dozen cookies.
