Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Chocolate Chip Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, pinch of salt, milk, 6 junket rennet tablets/gal. and 1 (12 oz.) bag mini chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Separate eggs.
Whip egg yolks with a little milk.
Add junket tablets, sugar and a little more milk.
Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Add salt and vanilla.
Whip egg whites and fold into other mixture.
Pour into ice cream maker can and add milk to the line on can.
Turn until it begins to thicken, then add chocolate chips.
It is finished when you can not turn any more. Put into freezer until ready to serve.
