Chocolate Chip Date Cake
Chocolate Chip Date Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped dates, 1 c. boiling water, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine dates, water and soda.
Set aside until cool.
Combine eggs, butter and sugar.
Add cooled date mixture and stir well. Add flour, cocoa, soda, powder, vanilla and salt.
Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix chips, nuts and 1/2 cup sugar.
Sprinkle on top of batter before baking.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
