Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Add chopped nuts and chips; blend well. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet at once and cool.
Makes 7 to 8 dozen cookies.
