Chocolate Chip Cookies(Instant Pudding) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. unsifted flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. butter or oleo, softened, 1/4 c. granulated sugar and 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter, then sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
(Batter will be stiff.)
Drop by rounded tablespoons, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
