Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 1/4 c. plain flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter; add sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat.
Combine flour, soda, and salt.
Add to cream mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in vanilla, chips and pecans.
Spoon onto ungreased pizza pan.
Makes two.
Don't go all the way to edge of pan with dough.
Leave 1-inch hole in center of dough.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Decorate like the pib cookies at the mall.
Makes two cakes.
