Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. oreo cookie crumbs, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 c. butter, melted, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 325°.
Combine crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter.
Pat into a 9-inch spring-form pan on the bottom and slightly up the sides.
Cream the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar.
Mix in sour cream and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour 1/2 of batter into crumb lined pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 the chocolate mini-morsels.
Pour remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with the remaining morsels.
Bake at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes until top is light brown and begins to crack.
Cool to room temperature and refrigerate.
(If you do not have a spring-form pan, place in shallow pan with 1/2-inch water and bake as directed.)
Decorate with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
