Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 (20 oz.) rolls chocolate chip cookie dough, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla; set aside.
Slice 1 roll cookie dough into 1/3 inch slices.
Arrange slices on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish; press together so there are no holes in dough.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over dough.
Slice second roll of cookie dough and place slices over filling.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden and the center is slightly firm.
Remove from oven; let cool, then refrigerate.
