Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Press 1 roll of cookie dough in bottom of pan.
Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Put on top of cookie dough.
Press other roll of dough and put on top. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
