Beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
Gradually add the sugars and beat just enough to combine.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours.
Place the cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
Refrigerate again for about an hour.
Before serving, roll in pecans.
Serve with graham crackers.
