Chocolate Chip Cake
Chocolate Chip Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large eggs, separated, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 1/4 c. flour (softasilk), 3 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Oil and flour 2 round cake pans. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar until stiff.
Set aside.
Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add oil, 1/2 cup milk and vanilla. Beat at medium speed. Add remaining milk and egg yolks. Beat 1 minute. Fold in chocolate, egg whites and sugar.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°.
