Chocolate Chip Cake
Chocolate Chip Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo or butter, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. baking soda and 6 or 8 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
Mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder and soda.
Add to above mixture and mix well.
Add chocolate chips.
Pour into ungreased tube pan. Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for 35 minutes.
Turn off heat; leave cake in oven 5 minutes more.
Then open oven door; leave cake in oven 5 minutes more.
(Total baking time
45 minutes.)
When cooled, sprinkle with sifted confectioners sugar.
