Chocolate Chip Cake

Mix sour cream, oil, pudding, cake mix, and eggs well. Pour 1/2 of batter into 11 x 13-inch pan.
Pour 1/2 of chocolate chips and nuts over this.
Pour rest of batter and then rest of nuts. (Two layers of each.)
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
