Chocolate Chip-Butterscotch Cookies
Chocolate Chip-Butterscotch Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 box yellow cake mix (regular size), 1/3 c. water and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat eggs, water, margarine and vanilla and 1/2 of dry cake mix until smooth.
Stir in remaining dry cake mix and chocolate and butterscotch chips.
Spread in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool and cut into bars.
(Can also be dropped by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets and baked about 6 minutes.)
