Chocolate Chip Brownies
Chocolate Chip Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. melted margarine, 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pour over brown sugar; stir and let cool a few minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla; stir well. Set aside.
Sift flour and add coconut and pecans to flour.
Stir dry ingredients into brown sugar mixture, a little at a time until all is well blended.
Pour into pan.
Spread chocolate chips on top of batter.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
