Chocolate Cheese Cake

In a large bowl, mix together Oreo cookies and melted butter. Spread mixture in the bottom of a cake pan.
Place in freezer to stiffen.
In the same bowl, mix together Cool Whip, cream cheese and vanilla.
Spread over cookie mixture.
Top with chocolate pudding.
Chill 2 hours before serving.
