Chocolate Cashew Butter
Chocolate Cashew Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cashews, 1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened, 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 tsp. instant coffee crystals and 1 tsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend or grind nuts until fine in blender or food processor. Add half of the butter.
Cover and blend about 3 minutes more or until mixture is spreadable.
Scrape down sides as necessary. Transfer mixture to a small mixing bowl.
In small saucepan, melt remaining butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.
Dissolve coffee in the water.
Stir chocolate and coffee into nut mixture.
Makes 1 cup.
