Chocolate Caramel Pudding
Chocolate Caramel Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 3 heaping tbsp. flour, pinch of salt and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Stir together the sugar, cocoa, flour and salt in a saucepan. Add boiling water.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
When thick, remove from stove and add vanilla and butter.
This recipe can also be used for pies.
Just pour into a cooked pie shell. Makes enough for 1 pie.
