(5 oz. can) evaporated milk, 1 (two-layer) german chocolate cake mix with pudding, 1/2 c. parkay margarine, melted and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt caramels with 1/3 cup milk over low heat in pot.
Combine remaining milk, cake mix and margarine in separate pot and mix well.
Set aside.
Press half of this mixture into the bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes.
