Chocolate Cake Roll
Chocolate Cake Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. cake flour, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat 4 egg yolks until light and fluffy.
Beat 4 egg whites; add vanilla and sugar.
Fold in egg yolk mixture.
Add flour and cocoa.
Put in buttered wax paper.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
When baked, put on powdered sugar towel and roll like a jelly roll.
Put in refrigerator.
When ready to serve, spread with ice cream and roll back up.
Keep refrigerated.
