Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. cake meal, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 orange juice and rind, 2 tbsp. cocoa and 1/4 c. wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

To the yolks of 8 eggs, add sugar.
Stir until consistency is thick and light in color.
Add juice and rind of orange, cocoa, wine and cake meal.
Mix well.
Fold stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
