Mix sugar and flour.
In saucepan, melt margarine, cocoa and water.
Pour over flour mixture.
Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, cinnamon and soda.
Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 34 minutes.
Pour icing over hot cake.
