Chocolate Bread Pudding
Chocolate Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 3 c. milk, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt chocolate in milk; stir to blend.
Combine eggs, sugar, salt and add to chocolate mixture; stir until blended; then add vanilla.
Place bread in 1-quart baking dish which has been greased.
Pour mixture over bread and let stand for 10 minutes. Place dish in pan of hot water.
Bake 1 hour in 350Β° oven.
Serve warm.
