Chocolate Bread Pudding
Chocolate Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 cold biscuits, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. cocoa, 1 can evaporated milk and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Crumble biscuits very fine.
Cover with water and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add 1 cup sugar, cocoa, can of milk and margarine.
Beat with electric mixer.
Beat egg yolks and add to mixture.
Add vanilla.
Bake in square pan until done at 375Β°; let cool.
Beat egg whites and 1/3 cup sugar.
Spread over pudding and cook until brown.
