Chocolate Angel Delight
Chocolate Angel Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, 2 tbsp. hot water, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 pt. whipping cream, stiffly beaten or dream whip and medium size angel food cake, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt first 3 ingredients over hot water.
Add 2 beaten egg yolks and remove from heat. Cool 10 minutes. Add 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.
Fold in whipping cream, stiffly beaten (or use Dream Whip).
Put half the angel food cake, broken into pieces, in bottom of buttered 8 x 12-inch pan.
Add half the chocolate mixture, then rest of cake pieces and top with remaining chocolate mixture.
Serve with Cool Whip on top.
