Chocolate Almond Macaroon
Chocolate Almond Macaroon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. hershey's cocoa, 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 325Β°.
In medium bowl stir together coconut, sugar, cocoa, flour and salt.
Add egg white and almond extract; stir until well blended.
Drop by teaspoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet; press almond on top, if desired.
Bake 18 minutes or until set.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 dozen macaroons.
