Thaw phyllo dough according to package directions.

Combine nuts, chopped chocolate, 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Brush bottom of 15 x 11 x 2-inch pan with melted butter.

Layer 8 sheets of dough and brush each with melted butter.

Sprinkle with 2 cups nut mixture.

Top with 4 more sheets dough; brush each with butter.

Sprinkle with 2 more cups nut mixture and top with 4 more sheets dough brushed with butter.

Top with remaining nut mixture and remaining phyllo sheets, brushing each with butter.

Drizzle remaining butter over top.

Score, but don't cut through dough, making diamond shapes.

Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.

Finish cutting through all layers.
