Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies
Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened, 1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. milk and 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Beat together margarine and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
Add combined flour, soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts; mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9 to 10 minutes for a chewy cookie or 12 to 13 minutes for a crisp cookie.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
Cool completely.
Store in tightly covered container.
Makes about 5 dozen.
