Chive-Roasted Corn
Chive-Roasted Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 1/4 c. fresh snipped chives or finely chopped green onions, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 4 ears corn-on-the-cob, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a small bowl, combine margarine or butter, chives or green onions, garlic powder and pepper.
Using a knife, spread ears of corn with the butter mixture.
Wrap each ear in a piece of heavy foil.
Grill corn on an uncovered grill directly over hot coals for 15 to 18 minutes or until tender, turning frequently.
