Chive-Onion-Potato Bake
Chive-Onion-Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (5.5 oz.) box hash brown potato mix with onions, 4 large eggs, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese with chives and onion, 1/2 c. milk and 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Rehydrate potatoes according to package directions.
Drain well.
With a fork or wire whisk, beat eggs, soft cream cheese and milk in a large bowl until blended.
Stir in potatoes, Parmesan and pepper.
Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish or shallow 10-inch round casserole.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven 35 to 40 minutes, until set and lightly browned.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
