Chipped Beef on Toast
Chipped Beef On Toast is an easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 pkg. buddig sliced beef, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt butter in a hot frying pan.
Cut up beef into strips and fry for about 3 minutes.
Remove beef strips from pan and lay on a plate.
Add 3 tablespoons flour to butter in pan.
Stir until thick.
Add milk and stir well.
Simmer until mixture reaches desired consistency.
Add beef and heat.
Toast bread.
Lay bread on plate and spoon beef and gravy over bread.
Serve hot.
