Chipo Casserole
Chipo Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. milk or evaporated milk and 1 small can green chilies or 2 small jalapeños, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook beef with onions; drain fat.
Lower heat on stove and place meat back on stove.
Add cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup; stir well.
Season to taste with pepper, salt, seasoned salt and garlic powder; stir well and cook for 10 minutes or until bubbly hot.
Add diced green chilies (or 2 small jalapeños, diced, for a hotter flavor).
Layer a casserole dish with chips; place meat mixture on top.
Layer top with chips and then cover with grated cheese.
Microwave for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
