Chinese Veggie Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chinese frozen vegetables, thawed, 1 can seasoned green beans, drained, 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained, 1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained and 1 can english peas, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine first 6 ingredients and chopped onions.
Mix well. Combine sugar and vinegar in bowl and mix well.
Pour over veggies.
