Chinese Salad
Chinese Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head nappa cabbage sliced thin, 1/2 c chopped almonds, 1/4 c sesame seeds, browned, 2 pkgs top ramen chicken noodle soup (do not use all noodles) and small bunch cilantro parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Break noodles into small bits. Add noodles to cabbage, almonds and sesame seeds and parsley.
Toss in chicken.
Just before serving, toss adding last three ingredients. Serves 6.
