Chinese Peas
Chinese Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/4 c. salad oil, 3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen peas, 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped celery and 3 medium onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oils, then put in vegetables and cook about 15 minutes or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
Dissolve 1/4 cup of broth and cornstarch, then add remaining broth and soy sauce; cook until thick.
Pour over vegetables and heat.
