Chinese Noodle Salad
Chinese Noodle Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, 5 to 6 scallions, 2 pkg. ramen noodles, discard mix, break noodles, 8 tbsp. slivered almonds or walnuts and 8 tbsp. sesame seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine cabbage, scallions and Ramen noodles in bowl.
Then brown in skillet, almonds, sesame seed, oil and butter.
Add to mixture combined in bowl previously, then add remaining ingredients.
Toss well.
Allow to sit a few hours in refrigerator before serving.
Serves 6 to 10.
