Chinese Meatballs
Chinese Meatballs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. water, 1 crushed garlic clove and 1 tbsp. powdered ginger (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients and roll into tiny balls.
Place in a roasting pan.
(If you are making them ahead, you can freeze them at this point.)
Bake at 275Β°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
Place a toothpick in each meatball to serve.
You can substitute pretzel sticks for toothpicks.
This is great at parties.
