Chinese Hamburger

Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey, 1/4 c. soy sauce and 1 c. chow mein noodles (3 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown ground beef and onion.
Add remaining ingredients.
Put in casserole and bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.
Sprinkle a few chow mein noodles on top.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Upon serving, sprinkle with a few more chow mein noodles.
