Chinese Goulash
Chinese Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1 c. celery, cut in thick diagonal slices, 1 can bean sprouts, rinsed and drained and 1 can mushroom soup and/or 1 can cream of chicken soup (no water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown beef; drain fat.
Add onion and celery and continue cooking until tender, but not soft.
Add bean sprouts and soup. Heat thoroughly.
