Chinese Fried Rice
Chinese Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. corn oil, 1 c. converted rice, uncooked, 2 1/2 c. water and 2 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In heavy skillet or wok, saute onion in oil until transparent, but not browned.
Add rice, water, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.
Bring to a vigorous boil.
Cover and cook over low heat until all water is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
Stir in eggs and green onions.
Cook until eggs are set.
Stir in soy sauce.
