Chinese Friday
Chinese Friday is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 tiny can chopped pimientos and 1 can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with Chinese noodles.
Saute celery, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, pimientos and water chestnuts. Place on noodles.
Mix together rest of ingredients and pour on top of vegetables.
Put more Chinese noodles on top with chopped cashews.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
