Chinese Dumplings
Chinese Dumplings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 10 tbsp. water, 10 cabbage leaves, 1/2 lb. ground beef, chicken or veal and 2 tsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil cabbage for 1 minute, drain and chop.
Mix beef with remaining ingredients and stir in cabbage.
Stir water into flour, knead and shape into a ball.
Roll dough into a sausage shape. Tear off bits of dough and shape each into a ball.
Roll each with a rolling pin until you have a circle.
Place 2 teaspoons filling in center of each and fold circle in half.
Score edges.
Drop one-by-one into boiling water and boil for 1 minute, then drain. Serve warm with soy sauce or other Chinese sauces.
